EARLY AND ACCURATE DIAGNOSTICS

At the core of Elite™ service are a team of highly trained and experienced lift experts who continuously monitor the performance of your lifts. If an issue is detected they will connect to the lift within 1 hour to commence diagnostics.
MINIMAL LIFT REPAIR TIMES

When restoration of xervice requires an onsite visit, the Elite service engineer communicates the diagnosis to the route engineer who'll be sure to have the appropriate equipment and parts when attending site.
PASSENGER REASSURANCE

If an issue arises whilst a passenger is inside the lift, the Elite engineer can talk with them directly, and may be able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes.
PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION

With an Elite™ service subscription the customer will receive communications each time an Elite engineer connects to lift to commence diagnostics. You will also receive periodic performance reports as well as access to eService.
CUSTOMISED LIFT OPERATION

As your building's requirements change, you can customise your lifts operation to fit your specific needs, with a simple telephone call to our Elite engineers such as restricting floor access whilst refurbishment works are being completed.
