And we’ll give you a confidential forum where you can raise issues and get candid answers without involving your supervisor. This forum, known as the DIALOG program, is available to all Otis employees and retirees. DIALOG gives employees the opportunity to ask for an objective evaluation of issues, without fear of retribution or reprisal. At Otis, it’s all just part of doing the right thing every time.
