- Controller :
The state-of-the art, fully computerized control system is designed for variable frequency control Geared. It incorporates the most advanced Variable Voltage variable Frequency (VVVF) drive for Motion Control. By virtue of its site programmability, it offers the flexibility to meet changing customer needs. On the other hand, its Field Test Mechanism for easy and quick fault diagnosis outperforms other conventional elevator control systems. The powerful microprocessor provides more flexibility and efficiently controls all elevator functions for better passenger comfort and maximum safety. The close loop feedback from the optical encoder fixed to the machine enables accurate floor leveling.

The Quantum uses a specialized elevator drive with an advanced VVVF drive system, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Vector Control, Distance based precision control and load measuring systems which ensure a high level of ride comfort, independent of the load.
- Control System :
With the ability to tie 8 cars in a group, the Quantum has a super intelligent control system which is considered the brain of the elevator system. The main control system communicates with all its sub-systems by serial communication line, which is far more superior and reliable than conventional communication systems.

- Super Intelligent Dispatching System - RSR :
Otis Relative System Response Plus (RSR Plus) dispatching system is the third generation of the Elevonic Relative System Response (RSR) software. An important function of group control is the identification of the most suitable of several eligible cars to respond to a hall call. For a given hall call, the RSR Plus patented dispatcher determines the "best" car to answer the call using a figure of merit called Relative System Response (RSR).
- Whisper Ride Quality :
The system incorporates key aspects for perfecting ride quality to the very ultimate level. This is made possible by extremely low vibration and sound levels, so low that they are beyond detection by passengers during normal use.- Maximum Vertical and Horizontal vibration levels- 12mgal.
