Painted as per your choice in standard available shades, wall panels of the elevator car are durable and easy to maintain.

FLOORING:

New anti-skid, stud type PVC flooring is now made available for improved looks and functionality. Available in 4 different shades, you once that would best match the overall colour scheme.

NE300 Controller System:

The NE300 Control System characterizes the technological leadership of Otis. In this control system, a powerful microprocessor takes over the command of the elevator. It is programmable at site and can meet the requirements of any given building inclusive of subsequent modifications, Inbuilt system ensures continuous monitoring, highly efficient handling of passengers with least waiting and travel time.

DUO - SLIDER DOOR

Unique, user-friendly concept with absolute safety for children, the DUO-SLIDER is a full, sheet metal, two-panel door, both panels of which move in the same direction.

DURA-TEK SWING DOOR:

The new, lightweight water and termite-proof Wood Grain, Fiber Reinforced Polyester door is the latest in door is the latest in door technology and is extremely durable. The inherent attributes of polyester along with rigidity of wood make the door weatherproof and ageing-proof. The metal frame all round the door ensures perfect door alignment throughout its life. What’s more the toughened glass of the vision panel is additionally protected with a metallic grill.
 
NE300 CONTROLLER WITH VF:

In addition to the NE300 Control System, the VF drive system incorporates the most advanced microprocessor-based Variable Voltage Variable Frequency motion control, the major benefits of Vector NVF are:

* Improved reliability through minimum wear and tear of brake liners

* Enhanced machine performance due to software control inverter technology

* Energy savings by virtue of WVF Control as it requires lower starting current during acceleration and improved power factor

* Better leveling accuracy as a result of precise speed control

* Silent and smooth operation by using high speed switching device – IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) embedded in the VF Inverter

* Efficient performance achieved through powerful microcomputer combined with VF Inverter Control System

* Reduced heat generation, thus increasing the efficiency of the overall system
