Product Improvement Center (PIC) The PIC uses data collected by OTISLINE regarding new products to isolate and resolve unforeseen design or operational flaws.
Callback Reduction Center (CRC) The CRC uses data collected by OTISLINE to track the frequency of callbacks, and develop new methods of resolving all situations with a single maintenance call.
