OTISLINE®
A 24-hour, centralized communications center, OTISLINE® receives and documents customer problems, questions and issues; routes them to the right places for prompt service; and collects data that is used to improve Otis' design, manufacturing and maintenance procedures.
OTISLINE also provides free 24-hour elevator phone monitoring for Otis maintenance customers.
There is no need to pay an additional fee for a third party service to monitor your elevator phone.









OTISLINE supports the Otis maintenance program:

Product Improvement Center (PIC)
The PIC uses data collected by OTISLINE regarding new products to isolate and resolve unforeseen design or operational flaws.

Callback Reduction Center (CRC)
The CRC uses data collected by OTISLINE to track the frequency of callbacks, and develop new methods of resolving all situations with a single maintenance call.
