John H. Walker is the Lead Independent Director of the Otis Board. Walker has served as Non-Executive Chairman, Executive Chairman, and Chairman and CEO for Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of The Boler Company. He also served as CEO of Weirton Steel Corporation and held senior management roles at Kaiser Aluminum Corporation. Walker serves as Non-Executive Chair of the Board of O-I Glass, Inc.
