Casting a powerful silhouette against Tokyo’s urban skyline, the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower is an impressive twenty-first century addition. As the sixth tallest building in Tokyo, this major skyscraper is one of the world’s largest with its floor space area of 379,408 meters. It is a hub for arts and culture, as well as business, making it one of the city’s most significant modern structures.
Visitors can enjoy the amazing views of Tokyo with its observation decks on the 52nd and 54th floors. One of the most iconic aspects of the Roppongi Hills Mori is the Mori Art Museum and Arts Centre, attracting thousands of tourists every year. The building is also used for a range of different purposes, including businesses and office space for some of the world’s most prestigious and well-known brands, including Apple Inc., Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Lenovo, and The Pokémon Company.
Since the building’s inauguration in 2003, Otis have provided the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower with 24-hour maintenance, seven days a week. Four dedicated mechanics are stationed inside the building at the request of the Mori building team, to oversee the function and performance of their extensive elevator systems. With over 40 million visitors since its opening, this cultural center is a key building in Tokyo’s growing metropolis. With Otis vertical transportation systems at its core, the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower is able to provide the highest standard of travel for all who visit the space.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and structurally engineered by Kozo Keikaku Engineering Inc. and Kenchiku Setsubi Sekkei Kenkyusho. Originally proposed in 1986, the Mori Tower took just three years to construct and is one of Tokyo’s most significant buildings.
