Nelda J. Connors is the Founder, Chair and CEO of Pine Grove Holdings, LLC, a woman- and minority-owned, privately held investment company. Previously, she served as President and CEO of Atkore International, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Eaton Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler Corporation. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Carnival Corporation, ConocoPhillips Company and Zebra Technologies Corporation.
