Michael Lee is the Executive Director & Managing Director of Otis Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan with responsibility for all business operations of the organization. He is based in Hong Kong.

Michael joined Otis Hong Kong in 1994, eventually serving as GM of Macau, director of Contracts Logistics Centre, director of Otis Hong Kong Service and director of Marketing & External Communications.

Michael worked in Shanghai for five years as director of the Global High Rise CLC.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Queensland and an MBA from the Open University of Hong Kong.

He joined OE in 2015 and served as NE operation director, In 2020 he was named Executive Director of Service Operations responsible for the growth of the services business
