As Chief Growth Officer for Otis Worldwide Corporation, Claire leads the company’s enterprise growth strategy, elevating commercial excellence and ensuring our portfolio, pricing and go-to-market initiatives deliver exceptional value and deeper engagement for customers worldwide. In this role, she partners closely with regional and functional leaders to accelerate growth for Otis, including repair, modernization and maintenance – supporting customers with differentiated solutions that meet evolving needs in every market.

Claire is a strategic, growth-driven commercial leader who joined Otis in 2026, bringing deep experience from Fortune 100 global brands as well as transportation and logistics organizations. She served as Chief Commercial Officer for First Student, North America’s largest student transportation provider, where she led business development, marketing, communications and strategy, and expanded the company’s value proposition through new technology-enabled offerings. Her prior leadership roles at Newell Brands, Honeywell, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter & Gamble spanned global innovation, brand and portfolio strategy, enterprise transformation, and commercial leadership.

Claire holds a PhD and master’s degrees in urban and regional planning, as well as a BA in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
