Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) is a region comprised of 24,000 colleagues throughout 40+ countries, giving Thibault and his team a true opportunity to take advantage of our talent, resources and scale to meet the diverse needs of our customers and passengers throughout the region. As President of EMEA, he is responsible for all aspects of our Service and New Equipment businesses, with a focus on upholding our Otis Absolutes and strengthening customer centricity.

A seasoned global leader with more than 20 years of Otis experience, Thibault has built his career across multiple geographies in Europe and Asia. He joined Otis in 2003 as a service sales engineer in France and has since progressed through a series of senior leadership roles in regional sales, marketing, operational service management and organizational transformation. He spent four years in Japan as President, Nippon Otis; and served as Managing Director, Western Europe prior to assuming leadership for all of EMEA.

Thibault is known for his people-centered leadership style and the expertise he brings in commercial discipline, operational focus, and cross-cultural experience. He is recognized for developing strong teams, leading with humility and clarity, and guiding organizations through meaningful change.

He holds a master's degree in business from EM Lyon Business School, Lyon, France.
