The Gen3 Flex lift benefits
- Highly customizable cab dimensions that adapt to your building's architectural design
- Cantilever design places all mechanical components on one side of the cab. This supports configurations with two 90° entrances or up to three access points for panoramic views on three sides of the cab.

- Energy efficiency is integral to the Gen3 Flex lift's design with our ReGen™ drive which recaptures energy generated by the elevator and returns it to the building’s grid. It also includes commonly available efficiency features like LED Lighting and sleep mode that shuts down the elevator when not in use. These technologies help reduce energy consumption, and can support customers in meeting the energy criteria of globally recognized building efficiency certifications.

Patented belts
Enjoy smooth and comfortable rides with our patented, coated steel belts that redefined the industry. They are three times longer-lasting and 20% lighter than conventional ropes, and do not require any lubrication.
ReGen drive
The ReGen drive captures energy usually wasted as heat and returns it to your building for your use as power. It reduces energy consumption compared to conventional systems without regenerative technology.
Gearless machine
The Gen3 & Gen360 platforms are equipped with gearless machines that are 80% smaller and as much as 50% more efficient compared to traditional geared machines and feature permanent magnet motor technology that uses less energy.
Pulse™ system
The Pulse system continuously monitors the condition of the belts for added safety, helping to eliminate service interruptions by ensuring efficient and safe operation.
