Nicolas Lopez is responsible for all Otis businesses in Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China) – a dynamic, high-growth region where operational excellence, deep market diversity and innovation drive sustained success. He provides strategic leadership across the APAC portfolio, with a strong focus on accelerating Service growth, deepening customer centricity, and strengthening operational discipline across all operating environments – while remaining focused on upholding Otis’ core values of safety, ethics and quality.

Since joining Otis in 2016, Nicolas has held roles of increasing scale and complexity across multiple regions, including Business Development for Latin America; Legal & Compliance for Asia Pacific; and Global Head of Sigma Elevator Company, overseeing governance and alignment across Sigma subsidiaries and a distributor network spanning more than 60 countries. Prior to assuming leadership for the APAC region, Nicolas served as Managing Director for Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, Nicolas spent nearly a decade with our former parent company, United Technologies Corporation, in legal roles across the U.S. and Latin America. His broad commercial, operational, legal, and governance background enables him to navigate diverse regional landscapes and help teams execute with clarity and confidence.

Nico holds an MBA from Universidad del CEMA and a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School.
