This enables our technical experts to monitor lift+ health in real time, and when possible perform remote interventions to resolve issues quickly, improve uptime and increase service quality.
eView™ in-car display
eView is a sleek and smart in-car display available with Otis ONE that is designed to enhance every journey. In case of an emergency, eView enables an instant connection with our OTISLINE™ customer care center via secure digital voice or video calls for added passenger reassurance.

Our destination management system ensures easy travel for all passengers, with shorter wait times and faster, more efficient journeys.
Otis eCall™ app
With the eCall application there’s no need to waste valuable time waiting for your elevator to arrive – you can call it from your smartphone so that it’s ready to go when you are.

The Gen3 platform is equipped with gearless machines that are 80% smaller and as much as 50% more efficient compared to traditional geared machines and feature permanent magnet motor technology that uses less energy.

Otis cab air purifier
The air purifier uses your modified existing fan equipment to significantly reduce airborne and surface bacteria and viruses.
