The Gen3 Core lift is a perfect fit for contemporary living spaces. It offers style and comfort to passengers at a competitive price point. It is an ideal choice for buildings with up to 45 meters of travel and speed of one meter per second.
Gen3 Edge™
With its space-saving design, the Gen3 Edge lift is suited for low- and mid-rise buildings, setting new standards for performance, reliability and sustainability. It is a perfect blend of style and comfort for buildings with up to 75 meters of travel and speed of 1.75 meters per second.
Gen3 Peak™
The Gen3 Peak lift combines elegant design and advanced engineering for high traffic buildings. Its style, comfort and speed ensure tenants and visitors experience your property at its best. It is a perfect solution for buildings with up to 150 meters of travel and speed of 3.5 meters per second.

BOOST SUSTAINABILITY
Energy efficiency is integral to the Gen3 platform’s design with our ReGen™ drive which recaptures energy generated by the elevator and returns it to the building’s grid. Gen3 also includes commonly available efficiency features like LED Lighting and sleep mode that shuts down the elevator when not in use. These technologies help reduce energy consumption, and can support customers in meeting the energy criteria of globally recognized building efficiency certifications.
