Christopher J. Kearney is the former Executive Chairman of the Otis Board. Kearney served as the Non-Executive Chairman of SPX FLOW, Inc. and as Chairman, President & CEO of SPX FLOW. He held the same roles at SPX Corporation prior to the spin-off that created SPX FLOW. Kearney joined SPX Corporation as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel. He also serves as Lead Independent Director of Nucor Corporation.
