One of the key challenges related to the execution of large high-rise or infrastructure projects is the co-ordination of trades to ensure that the project is tracking to the master schedule.
This needs to be carefully planned and managed during the life of the project and Otis provides the expertise in various fields to support the customer in this area, such as a skilled project management team and BIM modelling.
