Eview allows you to inform and entertain passengers throughout their journey. The technology also offers passenger reassurance in the instance of an entrapment. When the passenger presses the alarm button, they establish a voice and video link to our dedicated Otisline customer care centre.

Controlling the content on your screen

You can control the content on your screen via our browser-based platform. Register and identify the units you want to control. The platform allows you to create ‘playlists’ with a mixture of your own content and live news and weather information.

Otis ONE

eView makes your lift Otis ONE compatible. Otis ONE is our IoT solution which allows us to collect real time data on your equipment. Its like having a diagnostic machine plugged into your lift 24/7.

The benefit is that you can see exactly what is happening with your equipment including real time notifications if a lift goes out of service. Our engineers and expert team also have access to that real time data collected so we can analyse issues quicker, receive ‘guided maintenance’ and potentially even fix your lift remotely.

Note that eView requires a subscription charge. However you will no longer need to cover any landline charges.
