    最新型のインバーター制御により、信頼性、乗り心地、着床精度が向上します。停電時自動着床装置も内蔵しています。

  • 2 巻上機

    フラットベルト対応の小型ペンシル型ギアレス巻上機を採用することにより、高効率での駆動を実現し、消費電力を大幅に削減します。戸開走行保護装置対応となっております。

  • 3 かご意匠

    古くなった天井、パネル、床、操作盤をリフレッシュします。

  • 4 戸開閉装置

    機械式制御からインバーター制御へ改修することにより、扉の開閉がスムーズになります。

  • 5 各階乗り場・かご内操作ボタン

    表示灯は見やすいオレンジカラーのデジタル文字を採用。ボタンはクリック感があり、タッチの手ごたえが明瞭で、押し間違いを防ぎます。凸凹が付いた浮き文字、目の不自由な方へも配慮したデザインを採用しました。

  • 6 地震時管制運転（予備電源付）

    地震を感知した場合、昇降中のエレベーターをすみやかに最寄階へ停止させてドアを開き、乗客を安全に避難させます。また、同時に停電が発生した場合でも、安全に最寄階まで管制運転を行います。
