The SkyRise system is available in a range of speeds, duties and rises to support any high-rise project.
The double-deck configuration reduces the number of lift hoistways needed for your building, increasing rentable space by up to 40 percent.
The super double-deck system frees architects to design buildings with floors of different heights. The system automatically adjusts the distance between the upper and lower cars while the lift is moving – without passengers noticing.
The sky’s really the limit when it comes to the Single Deck. Rising at up to 12.5 m/s to heights of up to 600 m and able to handle 4,500 kg, it’s the ideal choice for the highest and busiest of skyscrapers.

Rising 468 metres above the city’s Pudong District, the Oriental Pearl features 11 spheres of different sizes. The design recalls a Tang Dynasty poem about the sound of pearls falling on a jade plate. Completed in 1995, the tower is equipped with 7 high-speed lifts from Otis, with maximum speeds of 7 metres per second.
Shaped by the intersection of 2 sweeping arcs and a square prism, the building stands as a symbol of the city’s emergence as a global capital. Completed in 2008 and 492 metres high, it is equipped with 62 Otis lifts and escalators, including 16 super double-deck and six double-decker lifts, with maximum speeds of 6 meters per second.
