Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We lift our people to their highest potential

We are committed to creating an inclusive culture that encourages and celebrates the diversity required to innovate, connect and thrive in a taller, faster, smarter world.

The current pace of change is unprecedented. Urbanization and digital acceleration are changing our world — and opening up new opportunities. Together we can create an extraordinary future by shaping our careers, our workplace, our industries and our world.

In response to the urgent problems of social unrest and entrenched racism last year, we announced Our Commitment to Change, a framework with six pillars to ensure all colleagues feel safe, welcome and heard – and to ensure transparency and accountability into our ongoing progress.
